What the site is for

The site presents our rail freight forwarding services and lets you send us a quote request. The information on the site is general and is not a firm offer.

Quote requests and contracts

A request sent through the form commits neither you nor us. The price, timing and conditions of a shipment are set in the written quote and in the contract we sign for each job.

The carriage itself is performed by the rail operator, under its conditions and the applicable rules, for example the CIM Uniform Rules for international carriage.

Site content

The texts, illustrations and logo on the site belong to us. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written consent.

Liability

We do everything we can to keep the information correct and the site working, but we cannot guarantee it is free of every error or interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably; failing that, the competent courts at our registered office decide.

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
