Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is ENERGY LOGISTIC PROVIDER SRL, registered office Str. Labirint nr. 4, Constanța, Trade Register No. J13/2650/2019, tax ID 41403663. You can write to us at any time at catalin@energylogisticprovider.ro.

What we collect

Through the form on the site: the company name, a phone number or email, your name if you give it, and the shipment details (cargo, route, quantity, dates, message).

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us: your phone number and the content of the message. For clients: the company's billing details.

We don't ask for sensitive data.

Why we use it and on what basis

To reply and prepare the quote, at your request, before a contract is signed (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To perform the contract and issue invoices, including for tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

We don't use the data for advertising and we make no automated decisions based on it.

Cookies and statistics

The site uses no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Who we share it with

Form messages reach us through the Resend email service. The site is hosted by Vercel. WhatsApp conversations go through Meta's services, under their policy.

To prepare the quote and the shipment, we give rail operators only the data they need (for example the cargo, the route and the company).

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell your data or give it to anyone else, apart from legal obligations.

How long we keep it

At most 12 months after your last message, if you don't become a client. For clients, for the length of the contract and then as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format or object to its processing, by writing to catalin@energylogisticprovider.ro. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Keeping data safe

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people handling your request can access your messages.
